Terms of Service

1. The service

HumAIn is an AI email concierge: you connect a mailbox you own and run workflows you choose — inbox triage, unsubscribe cleanup, receipt collection, AI-drafted replies, and reminders. No activation code is required for the current early-access build.

2. Your account & mailbox

• You must connect only mailboxes you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-drafted content before sending it. Drafts are saved to your mailbox; HumAIn does not send email on your behalf.
• You may disconnect your mailbox or stop using the service at any time; see the Privacy Policy for deletion.

3. Subscriptions

The free tier includes one active workflow. Paid tiers unlock more workflows and higher AI-draft limits, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play as auto-renewing subscriptions managed in your store account settings. Prices are shown in-app before purchase. "Done-for-you" services are separate engagements and not part of any app subscription.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use HumAIn to break the law, to access mailboxes you don't control, to send spam, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Disclaimers

HumAIn is provided "as is". AI-generated content can be wrong — review it. Mailbox actions (archiving, unsubscribing) operate within your mail provider's own systems and can generally be undone there, but we can't guarantee third-party behavior (for example whether a sender honors an unsubscribe request).

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumAIn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes & termination

We may update the service or these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
