ILLUSTRATIVE OPERATOR · COMPOSITE · NOT A CUSTOMER

Her inbox runs the company.

Marisol VegaOperations lead, 14-person contracting firm

Marisol Vega is an illustrative operator, not a customer. She is a composite of the small businesses HumAIn is built for. No stock photo, no testimonial, no invented customer results.

Tuesday, 8:42am. One shared mailbox is where receipts, customer threads and supplier promos all land, and she is the only person who touches it.

What this is based on

NO SCAN RUN · NOTHING CHECKED

One complete session, from connecting a mailbox to the morning after.

Tuesday 8:43am

She picks one place to start.

One mailbox. The disclosure is reachable before you commit to anything.

I'd rather read the whole thing than find out afterward.

AVAILABILITY IS CHECKED LIVE IN THE APP, NOT ON THIS PAGE.

Next: what it can actually access

Tuesday 8:43am

She reads it before signing in.

This is the whole disclosure. We did not shorten it for the website.

The part about Google saying “send” is exactly what I would have panicked about.

THE COMPLETE BOUNDARY · SIX ROWS · SHOWN BEFORE SIGN-IN

Accessed
Fields for three bounded scans—promotional senders, unfiled receipts, and older inbox categories. A confirmed action rechecks only your selected item.
Why
To show one current mailbox opportunity before you activate anything.
NOT accessed or done
No pre-connect or background scans, sending, permanent deletion, password access, or reading beyond these scopes.
Stored
An encrypted mailbox token and recorded decisions or results. Scan mail is not stored; only a reminder you create retains its disclosed sender, subject, and snippet.
Revoke
Disconnect in Account, or revoke HumAIn in your provider's security settings.
After disconnect
The connection clears after server-confirmed token removal. Recorded activity remains under the Privacy policy and account-deletion controls.
Next: what the three checks returned

Tuesday 8:45am

Three numbers. One choice.

One workflow runs at a time. Three bounded checks came back, and she picks where to start.

All three run on the mailbox you just connected. Nothing else to set up.

Twenty. I have been guessing at that number for two years.

Checking only. HumAIn never sends mail, and nothing changes until you approve it.

WHY THESE THREE · THE THREE WORKFLOWS THAT SHIP TODAY · ONE BASIS PER CHECK

Newsletter Cleanup
Finds recent promotional senders that offer an unsubscribe option. A real sender list; after confirmation, supported unsubscribes run and current inbox mail from those senders is archived. Scope — Up to 60 recent Gmail Promotions and Updates messages still in the inbox from the last 90 days. Basis — recent bounded sample.
Receipt Filing
Finds unfiled receipts, invoices, and order confirmations from the last year. A real receipt list; after confirmation, selected email is filed under Receipts. Basis — approximate provider count.
Inbox Backlog
Finds promotional, social, and update mail older than 30 days in the inbox. A real email list; after confirmation, selected mail is archived but remains in the mailbox. Basis — exact in this scope.
Checked
Server timestamp appears here in the app. Times belong to this illustration. Your first run takes as long as it takes.
Next: the item itself

Tuesday 8:46am

The button names the change.

Before anything runs, the control itself states the exact consequence.

One row. Named. I can read it out loud to my partner.

Next: approve it, or do not

Tuesday 8:46am

Approve it. Or leave it.

Both answers are real product states, and both are recorded.

I wanted to see what happens when I say no.

Both answers end the same way: the next screen is the steady state either way.

See the steady state

Wednesday 8:41am

The next morning is quieter.

After setup the product is one card, and it stays one card.

It is one card. I check it Tuesdays and I am done.

What this is based on

EMAIL HUB · ONE CARD, EVERY MORNING

Three things this cannot do.

The boundary is a feature, and here it is in the product's own words.

GmailLive
OutlookEnvironment-gatedOutlook appears when the server marks it available for your environment.
Apple MailNot supported and not built.
Nothing executes without your approvalWorkflows run when you start them, every action has a confirm step, and drafts wait for your review.
Reads mail only for workflows you enableMail is read only to run the workflows you turned on — never in the background.
Drafts saved to your mailbox, never sentReply drafts are saved to your own mailbox for review — HumAIn never sends them for you.
Scoped accessNothing is scanned before you connect. Gmail is live. Outlook appears only when the environment enables it.
Visible basisEvery opportunity says why it appeared. The basis is a current provider count or something you selected.
Human approvalNothing mailbox-changing happens until you confirm it. The proposed action is named before you approve or leave it unchanged.
Honest resultsSamples, estimates, and recorded actions stay distinct. Observed activity requires a qualifying server-recorded result.
Frequently asked

Clear answers before you start.

What works now, what stays under your control, and what comes later.

Is HumAIn another AI tool directory?

No. HumAIn is an adoption layer for SMBs and operators: start with a bounded workflow, keep the basis visible, and approve every mailbox-changing action.

Does HumAIn read my inbox before I connect?

No. The supported scans begin only after provider authorization, and the connection screen states their scope.

Which mailbox providers work today?

Gmail is live. Outlook appears only when your environment enables it. Messaging platforms are not entry points today.

Does HumAIn send or change mail automatically?

No mailbox-changing action happens without your approval.

Where are monetary estimates calculated?

HumanOS Value Scan handles that separate, input-based estimate. HumAIn keeps this tab open so you can return to the guided path.

What is still on the roadmap?

Roadmap-labeled cross-workflow, organization rollout, and wider operational guidance surfaces. They are not presented as live beta behavior.

What is coming later?

Customer handoffs, approval routing and team knowledge are on the v1.1 roadmap and are not built. Providers other than Gmail and Outlook are not supported.

Not built yet.

These surfaces are roadmap context. They are not live in the beta.

Turn operational memory into governed AI context.

Coming in v1.1 · roadmap

Add approved knowledge, permissioned tools, and agent handoffs gradually, with clear oversight.

Gmail is live. Outlook depends on your environment. Other tools are roadmap context—not integrations.

Method illustration, not a current integration map. Gmail is live. Outlook is environment-gated. Google Drive, QuickBooks, and Slack are roadmap context.

Approved knowledge (RAG)

Coming in v1.1 · roadmap

Find the right approved company information when AI needs context. Not live in beta.

Permissioned tools (MCP)

Coming in v1.1 · roadmap

Give AI a standard way to use only the tools you approve. Not live in beta.

Coordinated agents (A2A)

Coming in v1.1 · roadmap

Let specialist agents hand off work with named roles and human oversight. Not live in beta.
